For employees of distributors and re-seller companies who use this site, TSC only collects the employee information provided by you or your employer; typically this is limited to your first and last names and an employee identification number. If you use this web application based on a password provided to you by a TSC authorized Access Provider, we collect only the information necessary to identify you, your affiliation with the specific Access Provider, and information that the Access Provider requests to verify that affiliation. If you use this web application based on an internal TSC enrollment procedure we collect only the personal information you provide in that log-in procedure.
To best meet the needs for monitoring and reporting program participation and performance we collect and store information relating to your participation in the program, such as when you log-in, what Product Training Modules (PTMs) you use, and Quiz Scores associated with the completion of those PTMs and links and downloads you may activate while using the application.
From time to time, in cooperation with our Access Providers, customers, clients and your employer we may offer contests and promotions. If you participate in those contest and promotions, additional information about your performance and participation may be gathered and reported.
When you access our Website, we may collect and store information including the personal identification information provided, a Uniform Resource Locator (URL), Internet Protocol (IP) address, and other demographic and profile data available and necessary to enable our business relationship. We use the information collected for the purposes of registering you as a TSC participant, enabling you to access secure areas of our Website, processing and tracking your participation, reporting participation results to Employers or Access Providers in conformance with our contractual agreements with them, and certain other internal functions.

From time to time, we may send you email messages about new PTMs or services, site updates, special offers and promotions, or other information of special interest to you. However, if you prefer to ease your email load or just aren't interested in the information, you can opt-out of our email program by simply following the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in each email message.
Correcting, Updating or Deleting Your Personal Information
From time to time, it may become necessary for you, your Employer or Access Provider to alter the personally identifiable information we have about you or your account. In the event that this becomes necessary we will either provide a mechanism for you to modify your own account information, or modify that information based on updates we receive from your Employer or Access Provider.
